It is necessary for apprentices to achieve full coverage before passing the Level 5 HR Consultant Partner EPA. A sufficient amount of evidence is required for all components of knowledge, skill, and behavior. Assessment methods include a Consultative Project for assessing knowledge and some skills and the Professional Discussion for assessing behaviors and the remaining skills. Grades are offered in the form of Fail, Pass, or Distinction based on the combination of the two assessment methods.
Each Assessment Method is Graded According to the Following Rules:
- An insufficient amount of evidence indicates a failure
- An overall score between 60% and 84% means that all components have been sufficiently demonstrated
- In order to receive distinction, all components must be sufficiently documented, the components must exceed requirements, and the overall score must be between 85% and 100%.
