We are looking for a strong UI/UX Designer for the design and implementation of all the user experiences for our SAAS products, digital tools and websites with proven technology experience to be part of a team delivering world class software. Results-driven UI/UX Designer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current applications UI/UX. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of building electronic health record software.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Implementing UI/UX best practices and principles across digital platforms.
2. Ensuring all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, visual design.
3. Ensuring product development while meeting step-by-step deliverable.
4. Delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems.
5. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
6. Working in cross-functional teams demonstrating a high level of commitment and coordination.
7. Taking up quick objectives and execute within a short period of time.

Job Requirements:

1. 2-6 years UI/UX design experience of digital products/services for both web and mobile platforms.
2. Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
3. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through visual designs, and prototypes.
4. Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows and sitemaps.
5. Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
6. Working knowledge of various technologies and software such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML/HTML5/CSS3 (SCSS), Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite/Figma.
7. Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
8. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, quantitative and strong communication skills.
9. Graduate or Post-graduate from a reputed college or university.
