Tollywood Actor Chiranjeevi’s best scenes in Telugu Movies

Chiranjeevi, originally named Konidela Siva Sankara Vara Prasad, was born on 22 August 1955. He is a popular tollywood actor and a former politician. Chiranjeevi starred in over 150 movies, primarily in tollywood industry. He is very well known for his breakdancing skills, walking style and acting style. He began his career with the film Punadhirallu in the year 1978, but his film Pranam Khareedhu was released earlier than Punadhirallu. His film Swayamkrushi, which was released in the year 1987, was dubbed into Russian and was screened at the Moscow International Film Festival. Chiranjeevi is the first tollywood actor whose film was screened at the Moscow International Film Festival. He also won the 1988 Indian Express Best Actor Award and the state Nandi Award for Best Actor awards for Swayamkrushi. In 1988, Chiranjeevi entered into production by coproducing the film Rudraveena which won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film on National Integration. In 1992, Chiranjeevi starred in the film which was the first film in Tollywood to gross over ₹10 crore. The film was screened at the 1993 International Film Festival of India in the mainstream section and made Chiranjeevi the highest paid actor of India at the time. Apart from acting, Chiranjeevi entered politics in the year 2008. He started his own political party named Praja Rajyam in Andhra Pradesh. In 2009 general elections, Chiranjeevi was elected a Member of the State Assembly from Tirupati. Later in 2011, the actor-turned-politician, merged his Praja Rajyam Party with the Indian National Congress. Chiranjeevi was elected as the Minister of Tourism in 2012 and is currently the Member of Parliament – Rajya Sabha. Chiranjeevi is known as the Megastar of the Tollywood industry. And apart from Tollywood, the actor has also worked in many Tamil, Kannada and Hindi films.
