Hajj is an important religious act that brings a person closer to his Lord. Hajj is a religious duty that every Muslim who is physically and financially able must do once in their lifetime. When a person does Hajj with a pure heart for Allah’s sake, it cleans them from the inside out.

Hajji shows that he needs Allah for everything and that without Him, he is nothing (Allah). Hajji asks Allah, who made the whole universe, for forgiveness and prays to him in His house.

Muslims get a lot of rewards from Allah for going on the Hajj. It is not a simple act of worship, but a great one. Muslims travel from their home countries to perform the Hajj in GroupWise by using Hajj Packages.

The most important things to know about Hajj are:

1: 5th Pillar of Islam-

The five pillars of Islam are Shahada, Swam, Salaha, Zakat, and Hajj. Every Muslim knows about these things. The Hajj is the last and fifth pillar of Islam, according to this list.

Pillars are always used to support buildings and keep them from falling down. The 5 pillars of Islam are the foundation of an Islamic building, and each pillar is very important.

Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said that Islam is built on 5 pillars: saying that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad (PBUH) is the Messenger of Allah, starting the Salah, giving Zakat, going to the House for Hajj, and fasting during Ramadan.

2: Hajj Is A Mandatory Worship-

Hajj is a religious duty that every Muslim must do at least once in his life.
“And Hajj to the House (Baitullah) is a duty that everyone owes Allah, those who can pay for it, and whoever doesn’t trust, then Allah doesn’t need any of the Alamin [people, jin, and everything that exists].”

3: Who is Hajji (Pilgrim)?

Hajjis are the lucky people whom Allah SWT invites to come to His house to do Hajj. Being called a Hajji is a source of pride, so some people put the title in front of their names to show how successful they are.

4: When Hajj comes?

Hajj, which is different from Umrah, takes place in the last month of the Islamic lunar calendar, Dahul Haijja, from the 8th to the 12th. Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) said that 10 days of good deeds are more loved by Allah than any other number of days.

5: Ihram-

Men and women must wear a special dress called Ihram during the Hajj. Ihram is a white two-piece piece of cloth.
Ihram is made up of two sheets. The first sheet covers your upper body, and the second sheet covers your lower body. Men have to wear the Ihram, and women have to wear a normal dress and the Hijab.

6: Arafat-

Mount Arafat is a holy mountain where the last sermon of our beloved Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) was given. In that sermon, He told the people everything they needed to know about life. He (Peace Be Upon Him) preached about how men should treat women and how all Muslims are brothers and should stick together.

Jamarat is made up of the three walls that are close together. It is where the devil tried to trick the Prophet Ibrahim (AS) into not doing what Allah told him to do. Millions of Muslims throw stones at the three walls at Jamarat.

8: Udhiya is also called Qurbani. It is a part of Hajj that comes after being stoned. Moslems kill sheep, cows, camels, and goats as sacrifices. The meat from these animals is given to poor people and countries that are struggling with hunger.

Hajjis do Tawaf Al-Wida after they have done the Hajj. Hajjis do Tawaf by walking around the Kaaba seven times inside the Al-Haram mosque. When you do seven circles, you have finished one Tawaf. Tawaf Al-Wida is what Hajjis do right before they leave the Holy City of Makkah.
