Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process right from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and joining
- Source high- calibre candidates through job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
- Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners
- Managing existing and new client relationships
- Generate target market contact database by performing market research through social media, online database, web etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B commercial software inside sales role
- Should have a bachelors and an MBA/Post graduate degree with 2 – 6 years of work experience in a client-facing role
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed
