[BATCAM 2] Gas leakage, partial discharge, power plant abnormality detects an Ultrasonic sound camera!
BATCAM is the world’s smallest and lightest ultrasonic/acoustic camera.
It was developed to detect gas leaks and electric arcs by measuring signals in the ultrasonic band. With 112 microphones used to increase the measurement sensitivity, it has been developed to measure signals in the ultrasonic band up to 48 kHz. It also excels in high-frequency noise measurements, including the BSR (buzz, squeak, and rattle) noise.
Purpose: This product can be used to find, prevent, maintain, and repair various causes that may cause fires and accidents at various industrial sites. For example, when gas leaks from gas pipes and plants, ultrasonic waves are generated, so it can be found using this product. Electrical discharge can also be found due to aging of electrical facilities. In addition, when the user adjusts the frequency band, it may be used to specify a noise source of the audible frequency band.
Main function: This product is a device that shows the distribution of heat on the screen in real time by converting the sound of the ultrasound area that is not audible to the ears into a video. This product measures sound signals generated from noise sources using a number of digital MEMS microphones, and changes the distribution of noise sources into images and displays them through signal processing. It converts the distribution of noise into rainbow colors and combines it with images taken with optical cameras to display the location of the noise source and prevent industrial accidents.
