HEADPHONES CONTROLS
POWER ON
Toggle the Bluetooth and power switches to the right. The battery level is announced by a voice prompt, and the status light flashes by the current charge level.
POWER OFF
Toggle the Bluetooth and power switches to the left.
AUTO-OFF
The headphone battery is preserved when the Bose Headphones Wireless are auto-off. The Bose Music app can be used to enable and modify the auto-off feature. From the Settings menu, you can go to this option.
MEDIA PLAYBACK AND VOLUME
Media playback and volume are controlled by the Multi-function button and volume buttons.
- Play/Pause: On the Multi-function button, press.
- Skip forward: Press and hold the Multi-function button twice.
- Skip backward: Make three presses on the Multi-function button.
- Volume up: Press +.

PHONE CALLS
Calls are managed with the Multi-function button. When on a call, you can turn off the audio by pressing the Action button.

- Decline an incoming call: For one second, press and hold the Multi-function button.
- Switch between two calls: Double-press the Multi-function button when two calls are in progress.
- Create a conference call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for three seconds when two calls are in progress.
- Mute/Unmute a call: Double-press the Action button when you’re on a call.

You can reset the Bose Noise Cancelling headphones if they are not working properly. Resetting the wireless headphones causes the noise-cancelling headphones to restart and reset the product controls.
- Attach the USB cable’s small end to the left earcup’s USB-C port.
- Toggle the Bluetooth Headphones switch to the right. Connect the USB’s other end to a USB-A power source, such as a wall charger or computer, at the same time.
RESTORE THE FACTORY SETTINGS ON THE HEADPHONES
All settings can be cleared and the best headphones returned to their original, brand-new condition by doing a factory reset. Subsequently, the Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones can be adjusted as though they were being set up first.
