While People want to remain fit and are well-meaning in their drive towards personal Health goals, resorting to an Online class, often seems unfruitful as an endeavor, in their uncertain mind.

Yes, you see a screen! However, it’s up to the coach to generate sparks behind that screen, such that there is never a dull moment during class.

Oh Yes! Online classes can be as effective as a physical class. If the coach is versatile, he/ she knows Various methods of training and designs varied plans to meet goals. Increasing weights to carry in the gym is not the only method to make progress.

Form correction at a glance is sometimes easier in an online class versus a physical group class. Imagine a group class of 10 to 15 Participants spread around in a large hall/ gym versus an Online class of the same size, with all participants visible together on a screen. Hands down… an online class is easier to manage for form corrections.

The idea was born when she, while at her busy schedule and a background of 15 years well spent in the Corporate world and a rewarding career, was busy trying to identify her favorite hour in a day, and this hour consistently turned out to be her exercise hour each day for 7 days in a row. She knew she had a calling to invest in herself and equip herself to turn into a full time knowledgeable and empowered fitness coach.

At Tonabolic, we believe in purpose-driven exercise session experiences emphasizing movement and body awareness. We do not like to preach with pre-recorded follow along sessions. We believe in instructor-led class sessions with various levels of oversight and direction.
