The Author Mama P. has announced that her second book called “Church Folks- The Real Deal” is released, which talks about the power of our Heavenly Father who has given her the gift of writing.
USA (July 15, 2022) – The author, Mama P., has recently released her second book titled “Church Folks- The Real Deal”. She addresses the church folks or Christians here. According to her, “I am a changed vessel, and I owe that to our Heavenly Father.” She expressed how she feels about the divine grace of the Lord. She says that we all should keep God in our hearts as our church lies in our hearts more than anywhere else. Mama P., aka Patricia Ann White-Porcher, details her experience with church folks who sometimes forget about the real grace of the Omnipotent and do not do what is needful as a servant of the Lord.
As Mama P. says in her book, God is a positive spirit for showering love, peace, joy, and immense happiness. Certainly, God is not a spirit of confusion. She describes one of her life incidents at the beginning of the book. A man came to the church asking to help him with the prayer. Some church folks replied that he had to wait for it as the Pastor was not present then. Then, the author shared her opinion. She explained to all that the God that Pastor prays to is also the same God we pray to. So, if the Supreme father listens to Pastor, why would he not listen to others’ prayers?
That’s how Mama P. approaches spirituality with a different perspective. On every page of the book, she says how God is kind enough to shower love on us and how some of us are audacious enough to ignore His grace. She strongly affirms that only sitting within four walls is not building a real connection with God. We need to go out. She suggested helping the poor and destitute. She suggested visiting the areas where people are in need of some humanity. As she questions where so the preachers of Christianity go when people need them.
The way some church folks/ Christians preach sermons, they should help people in the same way. They must visit the prisons, the sick people, and others. She warns people that going to the Church on specific days and performing crimes like adultery simultaneously is unjust. She specifically addresses the young people not to divert from the path of humanity and real spirituality and live a frivolous life. “God is watching.” That is how she announces the presence of God in our life. If we do sin, our permanent place will be hell- that is a message shared through her book. Instead of limiting ourselves to the four walls of a church, people need to go out and deal with the problems and sufferings in the world. They need to take the initiative to remove the problems from people’s lives.
Thus, the second of Mama P. talks about how we should inculcate spirituality in real life. She, being a proud mother of 3 children and a loving grandmother, wholeheartedly expresses her gratitude towards the Lord for giving her the gift of writing.
