DUSCO Special GI Wire products
DUSCO’s extensive experience in wire drawing forms the basis for the quality of the GI wires, which is high mechanical stability and corrosion resistance. DUSCO’s Special GI wire is available in 2 types. Those are XGI wire and QGI wire.
DUSCO XGI wire:DUSCO XGI wire is the”lead-zero” galvanized iron wire. In the hot dip galvanizing process there is no lead used; it restricts lead-use strictly to zero. This is the main feature of DUSCO XGI wire. And it has excellent corrosion resistance with heavy-coated zinc. DUSCO XGI wire is the solution for the various industries.DUSCO XGI wire can be well used in the application of braiding, netting and tie wire. DUSCO is producing 0.25mm to 0.40mm diameter XGI wire in the hot dip galvanizing method with the absence of lead content and with the presence of thick Zinc Coating over 30 g/㎡.
DUSCO QGI wire: DUSCO QGI wire is the “soft & mild” Galvanized iron wire. It is produced in 2 types of processes. One is the hot dip galvanizing process with no lead used and another is hot dip galvanizing process with lead of 300 to 500ppm. DUSCO QGI wire is widely used in the application of braiding, netting and tie wire. No lead QGI wire is 0.23mm to 0.80mm diameter wire in the hot dip galvanizing method with the absence of lead content and with the presence of Zinc Coating over 15g/㎡. Lead QGI wire is 0.23mm to 0.80mm diameter wire in the hot dip galvanizing method with the presence of lead content 300 to 500ppm and Zinc Coating over 15g/㎡.
