We’re looking for a professional with at least five years’ experience working with UK Defined Benefit occupational pension plans, preferably someone who has created thorough calculation proformas from scratch.

Responsibilities:
Analysing Trust Deed, Rules and other scheme documentation and planning an appropriate software solution.
Interact with third parties such as the scheme actuary and solicitors to clarify complex and technical queries.
Coding and rigorously testing the supporting software.
Produce detailed calculation proforma from first principles and supporting automation test packs.
Collaborate with data migration analysts to ensure consistency between the data and calculation project streams.
Work towards developing and optimizing end to end automation.
Requirements:
Background in UK occupational pensions
Ability to think through problems and implement solutions
Communicate strategy, deliverables and the automation roadmap to varied stakeholders and teams
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
BSc / BA degree or relevant experience
