We’ve launched our Pre-Series A round, a special type of funding stage that gives investors the opportunity to invest at a special price and access an array of exclusive offerings that will not be present again in future financing rounds.
What is a Pre-Series A?
Pre-Series A round is the name we’ve given to this particular period in our funding process, which is taking place between the already concluded Seed round and the upcoming Series A. During the Pre-Series A round of financing, investors will be able to get in at a special price, and the funds acquired in this round will allow the us to reach fundamental milestones, such as the launch of the SBank MVP in Q1 2021.
What’s next?
Throughout the past and present funding rounds, we were able to grow our team, advertise our products, develop the SBank application and technologies and carry out legal processes necessary for the company to operate. The company was successfully registered as a Delaware corporation, and the SVP was created. Now that we’re just a few steps from launching the MVP, a set of new milestones will be quickly reached.
The next step now is to reach out for institutional investors who can provide the financial muscle to finish the current Pre-Series A round. With a product already launched into the market and running, an established userbase and all the legal requirements for the company to operate and raise further capital, VC firms and family offices will be presented with a product that should result attractive even to the most demanding investors.
From this current stage onwards, we have a very solid roadmap with a very clear set of objectives in the long and short terms. As you read this, we’re already making contact and carrying out initial dialogues with VC firms, family offices and other institutional investors to make eventual negotiations and take the next step towards our next round of financing. Once the Series A round is on its way, the development of the InvestHub and Capitalista platforms and technologies will be accelerated, and new horizons will open for the company.
