ISFH is derived from India Stands For Humanity, a non-profit that involves welfare programs for multiple underprivileged communities living in society. The foundation operates for poor children’s education, healthcare support for underprivileged families, skill training for the underprivileged youth deprived of their livelihood, etc. We focus on community engagement & empowerment of the impoverished. To reduce the youth unemployment rate ISFH has launched an education mission to train the underprivileged. The foundation runs door-to-door services to verify the accurate number of underprivileged unemployed. After collecting the data in that region, it enrolls the students’ names and program details by taking their willingness to join the program. Also, they give guidance in taking part in this skill-training course. The common courses covered for everyone are English communication, personal skills, computer proficiency, and business management. ISFH Foundation will prepare a schedule for training, fix a venue to provide the training and invite each interested underprivileged unemployed in that nearest region. The organization’s activities cover throughout India, including the urban, rural, remote, and less prioritized areas. The program teaches essential life skills, business skills, and communication skills to lead a happy human life.

Future of Indian Youth Employment after Covid-19
Most of the poverty-driven and impoverished family youth are unemployed, and they face the severity of joblessness compared with privileged families young adults. Providing a job for the underprivileged is a challenge to our nation as they lack professional, technical, and communication skills. The Indian job market is shaken due to the impact of Covid-19, and India has reached its peak level unemployment rate, which is nearly 24% during April 2020. The pandemic’s positive impact is that corporate companies, NGOs, non-profits, and few others have understood the real hurdles faced by the underprivileged communities during this time. Now they are looking to do some help through several means. Coronavirus has taught us to clean our hands, and now we have learned to clean our nation from the polluting elements like helplessness of poverty, unemployment, and healthcare. We lack healthcare as the government has transformed the schools, trains, and others as quarantine units due to the lack of hospitals and medical staff.
If we have quality medicine support, then we can have more jobs for nurses, medical staff, doctors, etc. Still, we are in a tough fight with the post-pandemic conditions.
