What if your device is at risk?
- Launch Norton on your device.
- Go to the ‘My Norton’ window and tap ‘Open.’
- For this, navigate to the ‘Device Security’ tab.
- Now, choose the colored tile, as appropriate.
- After that, tap on the option reading as ‘Fix Now.’
- Complete the on-screen prompts.
- In case you are still unable to fix the issue, then click ‘Help.’
- After that, tap on the ‘Get Support’ option.
