Location- Bangalore

Responsibilities-

  1. Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources.
  2. Using machine learning tools to select features, and create and optimize classifiers.
  3. Carrying out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.
  4. Enhancing data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems.
  5. Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis.
  6. Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions.
  7. Developing prediction systems and machine learning algorithms

Requirements-

  1. Someone with more than 7 years of experience in a programing language like Python.
  2. Experience in the insurance domain, and good stakeholder management skills are a must.
  3. Expertise in statistical model building and machine learning (GLM, GBM / XGBoost, RF, etc.)
  4. Expertise in model deployment/implementation methods.
  5. Proficiency with SQL and Excel/VBA.
