Roles & Responsibilities –
Set advanced analytics and business insights vision and strategy and drive this in the organization together with the leadership team.
Apply data mining, NLP, and machine learning to understand correlations and hence improve the performance of the business operations
Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and external partners regarding analysis results, methodologies, project progress, and issue resolution
Lead and inspire all data science initiatives throughout the organization.
Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling with huge data sets, turn them into actionable insights and provide recommendations on optimization and improvement.

Requirements-
Minimum of 10 years of related Data Science, Analytics, and Reporting experience
Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt, and/or Kaizen certification, with a working experience in Change Management, Business Process Optimization
Expertise in modern advanced analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL, and/or R, is an advantage
Practical experience in Data Analytics position with a major focus on predictive modeling and application of Machine Learning or Statistical Modeling.
Proven ability to develop and implement data solutions and deliver business intelligence & insights to support the narrative in focus. (Big Data, Analytical tools, and Statistics, ML/AI, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
