Our clients typically do not have the technology, expertise, or staff needed to successfully manage the Credentialing Life Cycle. They turn to STAT for ways to improve revenue, reduce costs and improve outcomes. STAT manages the entire credentialing life cycle for its clients, handling the entire process with the exception of signing documents. Whether you are looking for physician credentialing, nurse credentialing, medical staff credentialing, hospital credentialing, or insurance credentialing, our experts can efficiently and effectively cater to all your credentialing needs. We have a proven record of removing barriers, increasing revenue, and reducing denials associated with our detailed and precise credentialing process. Our approach to partnering with our clients is to do the right thing, at the right time, and for the right price. The result? Clients for life!

Once you have your location picked out, made sure you follow all the guidelines.  You need to decide which insurance company you are going to go through and bill.  Each area and region is different, so the same answer isn’t the same for everyone.  Below though are listed some of the major insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Aetna
  • Tricare
  • Cigna
  • Medicare
  • and others

You want to make sure that you get an early start on your credentialing needs because it can take more than 3-4 months to get everything set up properly.  The time frame includes submitting all the necessary paperwork and following up with the insurance companies.  Then they would need to review your practice and credentials, negotiate rates, and finally give you the seal of approval.
