Just move forward

So often we beat ourselves up over what we ‘could/ should/ would’ have done instead of focusing on WHAT WE CAN ACTUALLY CHANGE MOVING FORWARD.

We get stuck infact…

Coz on one hand, that guilt DOES NOT HELP change what happened,

On the other hand, it NEGATIVELY IMPACTS how we move forward.

Instead of feeling guilty today, if your plans got a bit derailed, JUST STEER AHEAD.

Just because it’s Tuesday, doesn’t mean you have to wait till Monday to re-start

Remember it isn’t what we do on those holiday days but how we stay on track AROUND the holidays that really adds up!

So while it may be tempting to wait till Next Week, remember THIS WEEK you’ll want to again be able to relax and celebrate on New Year’s Eve.

DO WHAT YOU CAN TODAY to help move forward.

There are no do-overs. Life doesn’t start over, so neither really do we.

So today, get back to tracking.

Focus on getting back to quality fuel.

Swap in a quick work out and go for a little extra walk to be active even if you can’t do your usual training session.

Just don’t beat yourself up.

Try not to miss out!

She knew she had a calling to invest in herself and equip herself to turn into a full time knowledgeable and empowered fitness coach.

At Tonabolic, we believe in purpose-driven exercise session experiences emphasizing movement and body awareness. We do not like to preach with pre-recorded follow along sessions. We believe in instructor-led class sessions with various levels of oversight and direction.
