HIFLUX High Pressure Ball Valve (3-Way Trunnion Ball Valve (20,000 PSI))

A 3-Way Trunnion Ball Valve is a manual valve which is used to open or close the flow of gas or fluids by turning 1/4″ (90˚) or 1/2″ (180˚) with a valve handle. HIFLUX ball valves are remarkably safe and highly resistant to corrosion because it was designed and manufactured by taking into account the features of oil and gas used under different pressure and at different temperatures. And it is good for abrasion resistance, rub resistance and chemical resistance. HIFLUX Ball valve is using trunnion-type ball with seat, and it is possible to use in the low pressure and high pressure environment without leakage.

HIFLUX provides two types of 3-way ball valve. One which is used to change the output flow direction or close by 1/2″ (180˚) turn and the other one is a diverter type used to change the flow direction by turning 1/4” (90˚).

Its maximum working pressure is 20,000 PSI, and the spring washer is used to prevent abrasion to improve the life time of the valves. It is made up of SUS316 material, and it is possible to check the flow direction from the position of the handle.
