Our Loft in Flatiron takes up an entire floor in the heart of the Flatiron District. Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, expansive windows, a cutting-edge sound system, one-of-a-kind art installations with detailed accent pieces, and a slew of other freebies We can currently accommodate up to 100 guests, with a minimum guest capacity of 30. You can rent the space for 4 or 5 hours, and we can accommodate events until 2 a.m.
The rental fee includes an event manager, bartender, bar-back, and lobby hostess. The rental rate includes both tax and gratuity. The use of our glassware, ice buckets, crystal drink dispensers, and ice, as well as supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries, is complimentary.
Wi-Fi, two smart flat-screen TVs, a pool table, a DJ setup with a speaker system, two newly renovated bathrooms, a full bar, and a slew of other freebies are also available. Our staff is in charge of cleaning up after each event, so you can spend time with your guests without worrying about cleaning.
All rental rates include load-in and load-out setup. Paid vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and DJs, are permitted to arrive 60 minutes before the event begins.

Please choose one of our per-person open bar packages, which include unlimited drinks for you and your guests during your event, in addition to our rental rates. BYOB is not permitted. Mixers, garnishes, and the use of our glassware are included in our bar packages.
All packages are customizable. Seltzer, tonic, orange juice, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, Coca-Cola, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull are included in each bar package. Lemons and limes are included as garnishes.

You may also add white wine to your open bar package (choice of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, or Prosecco) for $5 per person, beer (Stella Artois and Corona Extra) for $10 per person, or Moet Imperial Champagne for $25 per person. Any specialty cocktail that requires mixers, garnishes, or bitters that are not included in our current bar packages is an additional $15 per person.
