High Pressure Double Block and Bleed Special Valve (20000 psi – 3/8 inch): Double block and bleed valves are used to check the leakage expeditiously in the gas or oil line. If the leakage occurs, shut-off the leakage line and help with the maintenance. It can also be used to inject the chemical to the line or can be used for sampling process from the line.
Application: Pressure monitoring, Pressure Test, chemical injection, Sampling and Drain line isolation.
High Pressure Wellhead Gauge 20000 psi – 3/8 inch): Wellhead gauge valves are used for sampling and calibration instruments. From this valve it is possible to take a sample from the line with an installed bleed valve and also possible to assemble and disassemble the instrument for calibration. The maximum working pressure is 30000 psi with one inlet port and 3 outlet ports and bleed valve, gauge or other instruments can be assembled for a special purpose.
