Key responsibilities:
- Manage the ongoing development and oversight of various Funds control programs including but not limited to blue sky, intermediary oversight and prospectus adherence.
- Serve as operational liaison between company’s Asset Management, intermediaries and relevant third-party service provider(s).
- Participate in activities and research with industry forums in relation to the company’s funds client services and transfer agency regulations and activities.
- Work with external financial intermediaries on matters related to the company’s funds control programs and associated policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of mutual fund industry and prior work experience in mutual fund operations and controls preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a business / finance / accounting discipline preferred
- Must be customer focused
- Must possess continuous process improvement mindset
- Must be able to work independently within a team environment, and demonstrate flexibility and ability to adjust quickly to the changing demands of the business and team
