Need to Prepare

First of all,the materials we should prepare include:

  1. a piece of shaft
  2. a nock
  3. an insert
  4. a tip
  5. vanes or feathers
  6. fletching jig
  7. glue

How to make it?

  • [Fix the Shaft] First of all,insert the nock at the end of the shaft so that it is easy to fix on the fletching jig.Set the arrow shaft to the fletching jig (in a proper place).And adjust the clamp to the angle you want.
  • [Glue the Vane]Next step is to stick the vanes on the shaft.How? Easy absolutely. Just put the vanes should be stick put in the proper clamp,and glue it.Next,put the clamp back on the side with the magnet of the fletching jig.When you want to stick the next vane,just turn the screw at the bottom,you will change the angle you want.Repeat the steps until the vanes sticking finished.
  • [Insert and Tip]After sticking the vanes,pull out the arrow from the fletching jig.Glue the insert and insert it into the front of the arrow.After the insert,screw the tip or glue the tip.An arrow is completed.
