The concrete mixer is likened to the “heart” of the concrete batching plant. Choosing a good concrete mixer will contribute to stable operation of the concrete batching plant and bring better investment efficiency as well as maintain continuous concrete production for the project.
1. The G7 EURO concrete mixer is fitted with a Wolong branded motor. Wolong is one of the largest electric motor manufacturers in the world.
2. Motor is placed on top. The reason is that in terms of kinematics and frictional forces, such an arrangement makes the transmission efficiency from the belt to the gearbox optimized and the belt transmission coefficient small, and also helps to prevent dirt in the production process on the motor.
3. Motor is spring tensioned. During operation, if the mortar has a problem due to overload or the motor suddenly loses power, there is still concrete inside the mixing pot, at this time the torque of the mortar shaft can’t overcome the obstacle, the motor will expand. thanks to the spring, which helps limit the transmission to the gearbox and prevents the gears of the gearbox from breaking. Motor bases of other brands are often designed with fixed tension.
4. The arm of the mixer is designed with a curved shape to help the transmission torque be very large. While, other mixer blades like Sicoma or BHS brands are designed straight, which will reduce torque. Another difference is that the G7 EURO concrete mixer has a larger number of arms than other mixers. Particularly, the mixing wing of the 3 m3 capacity mortar per batch has 16 blades, the other mortars only have about 14 blades.
5. The two sides of G7 EURO concrete mixer shaft are fitted with two hydraulic cylinders. The Sicoma, BHS only installs one side using pneumatic cylinders. Installing hydraulic cylinders at both sides will help prevent twisting of the shaft opening the mixing pot outlet.
6. The bearing designs separately. This is beneficial when the seal is worn down after 3 to 5 years of use, the leaking cement water will not enter the bearing. Other types of mortar are designed to be seamless, leading to when the cement water leaks into the bearings (bearings). If the bearing is not replaced, the bearing will be broken. And if the bearing is not replaced, the gearbox will be damaged. As the sicoma mortar is designed with a solid bearing, when the cement water flows out, it will break the bearings and the possibility of gearbox damage is very high. But the cost of repairing the bearing and gearbox is very large. This makes the maintenance cost of the business team up a lot. Frequency of replacement every 4-6 months.
7. G7 EURO concrete mixer after 3 to 5 years of use, if the cement water leaks out, it can still be used normally without having to change the magazine immediately if the production schedule is urgent. While other mixing pots, when the super seal is damaged, it must stop working to replace it immediately. The cost to replace the super seal is very large, about 80 to 100 million per time (including the cost of materials and labor), the frequency of replacement is from 3 to 4 months.
NO CEMENT LEAKAGE IN THE TOP OF SHAFT
G7 EURO MIXER commits that there will be no cement leakage in the first three years of use. If you operate and maintain, maintain according to the manufacturer’s standards, the use time can last up to 4 or 5 years. If in the first three years of use, the mortar has a phenomenon of leaking cement, G7 will give you a set of new seals to replace for free.
