10 most important skin tips from skin expert Suzan Oerlemans

I am often asked about Carencure what is the secret to beautiful, healthy and radiant skin. I should know that after 20 years of having my own busy skin institute. And yes I think I know that very well and I will share my 10 free tips here.

Tip 1 LET IT BLEED

Healthy skin is well-blooded skin. We all know that for our whole body. We should exercise, take a cold shower and dry brush, but we never apply this to our face. Yet our facial skin can handle this just fine. Somewhere, so long ago the first skincare advice came and this was especially, be very careful with your skin. We still do that many generations later, while we all stimulate good processes when we bleed through that skin properly. So use nice warm water in your face, then possibly a cold compress and remember that your skin becomes much healthier when you bleed it properly. Does your skin feel a little drier after that warm water? Don’t worry, apply a little more care immediately after the heat and your skin will start to look fresher. Tip 2 Live, laugh and wear sun protection

Is the sun finally shining… do you have to sit in the shade or… apply sun protection.Not if you want to get a lot of spots and wrinkles, but if you want to keep an even skin and smooth skin for as long as possible. Is there no sun to be seen? The UVA radiation passes cheerfully through the clouds and wonderfully through glass and the A stands for AGING. So even then most of the aging of your skin will continue. So turn out of the sun, lubricate in the sun every hour and a half and do this summer and winter. Is it okay then? No not quite. Tip 3 BUT FIRST…HYDRATION

Do you know that? You have a plant in your home but haven’t watered it for far too long? You pour water over it and the water just runs right past it. You can also have this with your skin. Your skin is way too dry but doesn’t absorb anything. To make that potting soil healthy again, place it in the sink and give it little bits of moisture. So do the same with your skin. Always give your skin some extra moisture. A moisture mask, a moisture serum, but you can also use the effect of a warm compress. hold this against your face for a while before you apply crime. the moisture particles from the compress will briefly provide your dead skin cells with moisture so that the cream can penetrate your skin much better. The latter are, as it were, the pokon grains that are absorbed by that super healthy potting soil.

Tip 4 Wonder feel

You are perfectly capable of feeling a lot yourself if you give it a try. I notice in my institute that many people never really feel their own skin. Does your skin feel cold, rough, smooth, dry and is this different from usual? Clean your skin with your hands and massage your cream with your hands. Tip 5 SKIN MASSAGE

Tip 6 LOOK

Tip 8 Get Lazy

Not if your skin sin is that you never cleanse your skin in the evening, but if you do a lot about your skin. I see a lot of people who do way too much because of all the social skin tips, which often makes the skin very intolerant. Your skin has a natural protection that is really necessary for beautiful, healthy and radiant skin. A lot of skincare is not wrong at all, but it is used too much and too often so that a skin can no longer repair and gets all kinds of problems. So are you very faithful to your routine and is your skin not in good condition? Rather use nothing than the wrong skincare and let your skin do the work to shine.

Tip 9 Good skin care is well-advised skincare

Really my statement that is sooo important. Get good advice. Not by someone in the store who gets a pair of bath slippers when he or she sells more, but by a good skin specialist. There is so much on the market. There are plenty of beautiful products, but not everything suits your skin and not everything should be used as stated on the packaging. Getting good advice and understanding that your possibly too expensive items are not doing their job will ultimately give you a much nicer, more radiant skin.

Tip 10 RELAXXXXX

Being kind to your body, being kind to your skin and being kind to yourself will make you shine again. Stress causes the production of our dreaded stress hormone cortisone and this is killing for beautiful, healthy and radiant skin. Your skin slackens due to too much cortisol in your body. So start moving, walking, cycling, but also laughing and resting, then your cortisol will drop, resulting in your skin in top condition.
